What happens next?

We will need to make a number of initial enquiries to advance the claim and allow us to advise you further on how best to proceed and the appropriate level of compensation you are likely to recover. This may include arranging for treatment, interviewing witnesses, gathering essential documents and instructing Doctors and other experts to prepare reports that are required to prove your case.

Will I have to go to court?

In reality only a very small proportion of cases result in formal court proceedings and we more often than not will conclude your claim without you having to go to court. In the unlikely event you do need to go to court we will be with you every step of the way and make sure you are fully prepared and have all the support you need.

How much will I get?

Our mission is to get the maximum amount you deserve. This will depend upon the extent of your injuries, how quickly you recover and if you make a complete or partial recovery and other financial losses arising out of the accident.

How long will it take?

This will depend upon a number of things including the nature and severity of the your injuries and whether the defendant admits they are at fault.

How will I pay the legal costs?

We will investigate the most cost effective funding option for you. This is usually a no-win, no-fee agreement (also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement). This type of agreement gives you the peace of mind that if you do not win you do not pay the legal costs.
